The Velvet Cask is a fictional premium whiskey brand created as part of a comprehensive student branding campaign. Rooted in the artistry and refinement of the Victorian era, the project reimagines whiskey branding through the lens of heritage, storytelling, and craftsmanship.
Every design element—from the ornate Victorian-style label to the refined black-and-gold stationery—was developed to embody The Velvet Cask’s core values: tradition, sophistication, and storytelling. The packaging design emphasizes luxury and detail, while the website and advertising extend the brand's experience into the digital and print worlds.
A full process book accompanies this project, documenting the creative brief, research, target audience persona, competitive analysis, moodboard, and design iterations that led to the final suite.
